Overview
As one of my favorite creative projects to date, this over 3 minute piece explains the winter weather outlook of the Connecticut area. This is similar to last years project that I did for WTIC (Fox61 News).

Rachel, the woman in the blue dress, came to us with this idea of wanting this years outlook to be storybook themed.
